1. INTRODUCTION

RareRoot LLC, operating as Selfmade™ (“Selfmade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides wellness products, supplements, and related services (“Products”) through our website and any related digital properties (collectively, the “Website”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Selfmade. By accessing the Website, making a purchase, or clicking any box indicating acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website or purchase Products.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to terms from third-party providers, including but not limited to Shopify Inc. (“Third Party Services”). By using the Website, you agree to comply with all such applicable terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Website or purchase Products. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms take effect on the earliest of:

(c) your first purchase of a Product.

You consent to receive all notices, agreements, and communications electronically.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION

You may be required to create an account to purchase Products.

You agree to:

  • maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • promptly update your information as needed

  • be responsible for all activity under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Selfmade reserves the right to reject, disable, or require modification of usernames or accounts at our discretion.

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • use the Website for harmful or unlawful purposes

Violation may result in immediate termination of your access.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display our Products accurately; however, colors, packaging, and appearance may vary based on your device or manufacturing updates.

Products may be available only in limited quantities, exclusively online, and are subject to return or replacement only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit sales by person, household, region, or jurisdiction

  • limit quantities

  • discontinue Products

  • change pricing at any time

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be made by resellers or distributors. If we modify or cancel an order, we may notify you via email or phone.

You agree to provide complete, accurate payment and shipping information.

9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Selfmade arranges third-party delivery of Products. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or customs issues.

For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are your responsibility.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day guarantee for first-time purchases. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • First-time purchase of the product

  • Refund request submitted within 30 days

  • For multi-packs: only one unit opened; others must be sealed

  • Refund to original payment method (shipping non-refundable)

Process:
 Email hello@takeselfmade.com with order number and reason for return. We may require remaining product or packaging for verification. Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Repeat orders of the same product

  • Subscription renewals

  • Sample or promotional items

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customer

  • Requests beyond 30 days

Damaged Items:
 Report damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof for replacement or refund.

Policy Misuse:
 Selfmade may refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or repeated claims.

11. UNACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

  • use the Website for illegal or harmful purposes

  • store or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others

  • extract or harvest data from the Website

  • attempt to bypass any security features

  • use the Website to build or compare competing products

  • reproduce or modify Website content

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

12. USER SUBMISSIONS

Anything you submit via the Website—including reviews, comments, suggestions, or messages (“Submissions”)—must be accurate and lawful.

By submitting content, you grant Selfmade a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for any purpose.

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party services (including Shopify). Selfmade is not responsible for:

  • content from third parties

  • their accuracy or availability

  • any transactions or interactions with those providers

14. FEES & PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, not by Selfmade directly. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees except those based on our net income.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfmade disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • accuracy

  • non-infringement

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfmade and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages

  • loss of data, revenue, or profits

  • replacement costs

  • damages arising from use or inability to use the Website or Products

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, or $100, whichever is less.

Claims must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Selfmade, RareRoot LLC, and our affiliated parties harmless from all losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Website or Products

  • your breach of these Terms

  • your Submissions

18. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Sections relating to liability, ownership, indemnity, and warranties survive termination.

19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WY, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in WY, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance.

OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

We expressly reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, reject, restrict, refuse, or cancel any Order placed by you, wholly or partially, at any time, and without notice or liability for any damages or costs other than the repayment of any amount received from such Order, in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • if your Order exceeds Product purchase limits in quantity or dollar amount;
  • if your purchase history, Membership history, or related accounts show a high volume of exchanges or returns or suspicious volume of purchases;
  • if we believe that you ordered or purchased Products (single or cumulative transactions) for resale, tax evasion, or another fraudulent purpose;
  • if the delivery address you provide is the address of a freight forwarding entity or individual or an address flagged by our systems as potentially linked to fraudulent or suspect activities;
  • if our security systems flag your Order or account details as unusual or susceptible to fraud, discount abuse, or misuse, including fraud related to credit card payments;
  • if the Product you seek to purchase is unavailable, not in stock, incorrectly priced, or otherwise incorrectly described;
  • if there was a misspelling, mismarked pricing, or other mistake or error in connection with the Order;
  • if we are unable to obtain payment authorization;
  • if your address, form of payment, or billing information is unverifiable or incorrect;
  • if shipping restrictions may apply to a Product in your Order;
  • if we believe you are ineligible to make purchases or use a discount program code or are unauthorized to apply a discount or promotion code to your purchase;
  • if we cannot deliver to the address provided;
  • if you are involved in an ongoing legal dispute with Arrae;
  • if you have previously breached the conditions or terms of the Terms of Use, including these Terms of Sale; or due to an Event Outside Our Control
