How long does shipping take?
When an order is placed, it normally takes our team approx. 1-3 business days to get it processed, packed up and ready to ship to you. Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination.
Please note, due to the high volume of orders during holidays and sale periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal during this time.
For domestic orders in the US, the average time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days.
We do not ship internationally, yet.

Returns, Refunds & SubscriptionsÂ
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Selfmade experience. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s how returns and refunds work:
Non-Subscription Purchases
Tried Selfmade and didn’t love it? No problem. You can request a refund by emailing us at hello@takeselfmade.com within 30 days of delivery.
- The product is unopened → We will initiate your refund and share instructions to ship the product back to us. Please note: we do not provide prepaid return labels.

The product is opened → It is yours to keep! We are happy to offer a refund if it is your first purchase of a non-subscription product. A small return processing fee may apply.
Original shipping, handling, and package insurance costs are not included in any refunds.
Here is how the process works: Email hello@takeselfmade.com with your order number and reason for refund. We may request a brief explanation of your experience. Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account. If an upcoming order has already shipped, any changes will apply to your next delivery. We cannot provide refunds for orders that have already shipped. If you wish to proceed with a return request please send us an email at hello@takeselfmade.com — within 30 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items
Please note refunds and returns do not apply to merchandise items, sale items, or limited edition products. This includes our Premium Can.
Damaged Items
Report damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence for replacement or refund.
Policy Misuse
Selfmade may refuse refunds in cases of repeated claims or suspected abuse.
