Built By Women Who Were Tired Of Pushing Through
A Personal Struggle
Meet Priya and Mai: 2 corporate women who could run boardrooms but couldn’t control our own minds. Sharp some days, foggy the next. Period weeks were the hardest — drained, moody, struggling to think straight.
Forced Us To Find The Answer
So we decided to stop chasing caffeine highs and turned to Ayurveda and functional medicine (led by Priya’s wellness coach background) to create a cognitive support that finally addresses what other brands completely miss: women need more regulation not stimulation.
The Root of Adaptogens Before Adaptogens Became A Word
Priya grew up in India, surrounded by vibrant color, spices, plants, and healing traditions that existed long before “adaptogens” became a Western buzzword.
Her culture never separated wellness from daily life.
Ayurveda — practiced for thousands of years — taught that energy, mood, focus, and hormones are deeply connected. Herbs like ashwagandha, rhodiola, and gotu kola weren’t trends. They were tools. Passed down through generations. Used to support resilience, clarity, and balance.
Mai grew up in Vietnam, where herbs were simply part of life.
There was no word for “supplements.”
If you were tired, you drank ginseng. If your mind felt cloudy, you had gotu kola. If you were overwhelmed, your mom brewed something warm and grounding.
These plants were especially powerful for women — supporting energy, circulation, memory, and emotional balance.
It wasn’t wellness culture. It was just..culture.
Supplements, Elevated to Rituals
Selfmade turns brain support into a lifestyle accessory. Chic, empowering, and refined—it belongs on your vanity, in your handbag, in your daily rhythm. A ritual that feels as good as it performs.
